i loved that it was just a few steps to surin beach. There were lots of great dining options close by like champions bar & grill and asia alive, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy some delicious meals.

Couldn't recommend more for getting around area

Friendly staff, beautiful beach access, we enjoyed the high-quality food at the restaurant with a variety of menu options including local dishes and made to order items, as well as the convenience of having free wi-fi in public areas.

Spacious room, excellent breakfast, located near the beach, with complimentary beach towels and a gym for staying active while enjoying a city escape.

For us it was ideal.

The beach proximity was a real delight, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. The dinner options at nearby places were satisfying, adding convenience. some stairs without lifts made room access a bit challenging.

Had an awesome vacation with friends! The staff was welcoming, and we loved the spacious pool area. Surin Beach is just a short walk away, and we enjoyed visiting a beautiful sanctuary for elephants and exploring Phuket Old Town. Perfect for relaxing or having fun in the sun. Quick access to local shops and eateries was a huge plus!

One downside was the inconsistent room service. On one occasion, they didn't arrive until late, causing us to return to a messy room. It was a bit frustrating when we wanted to freshen up after a fun day out.

The room was sizable, featuring a huge bed and a large balcony with pool views, perfect for soaking in the sun after a long day. The breakfast spread was impressive with plenty of options, and you could get meals cooked to order, which added a nice touch to the morning routine.

Access to some rooms can be a hassle. steep stairs without elevators can be a pain, especially after a long day at the beach. Sound isolation is lacking. I could hear every footstep in the corridors, and the cleaning staff made quite the racket in the morning. the housekeeping sometimes left room service plates outside for far too long, making it feel less polished than anticipated.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Outrigger. The room exceeded expectations, featuring a large balcony perfect for lounging with a book. Super comfortable bed made every night restful. I loved the pool area. it had a calm vibe, and the lush landscaping added to the relaxation. Breakfasts were a highlight, offering plenty of options, and the made-to-order items were delicious. Staff always welcomed me with smiles, and their helpfulness in arranging activities, like renting scooters and planning local tours, improved my trip significantly. the access to my room involved steep stairs, which became tiring after long days. One night, I returned to find my room service order had taken ages, leaving me waiting a bit longer than I liked. I also noticed the pool could benefit from more regular cleaning to ensure it stays crystal clear. the combination of comfort, amenities, and great dining options made for a memorable stay.

the upgrade to a suite was awesome! super clean room and the pool area is beautiful. staff are super friendly, and i really liked the beach towels they give you. the only thing is, it takes a few mins to walk to the beach but its ok for me. breakfast is simple but delish, and the app is a cool touch.
